Awesome feat of strength from Adam T Glass with the Inch Dumbbell

One of my goals for this year is to consistently lift the Inch Dumbbell with both hands

Mmm - difficult, but easier than it looks; the bell, as passed here, is actually trying to rotate into the grip rather than out...
Try hand to hand passes with an oly bar planted in a 'landmine.'

    Is that easier or harder?

Morning Mr Tavish, I just happened to try this last night with a baby Inch dummbell. Even with the 53kg it is quite difficult although as you say when the dummbell is passed it's rotating the best way (into the hand), it's only a split second before it's trying to get out of your hand again and rotating against you. The 78kg deadlift is v.impressive but a hand pass is quite exceptional and a clean like Mr Laine Snook and Mark Henry would put you at another level. I need to stop fucking about and start taking it seriously. I still believe mny Inch has some huge fuck off magnets in it and there's a metal plate in the floor of my garage!
