Just finished of a nice 32kg Kettlebell Snatch ladder - 1-15 each side, total 240 reps in sunny Scotland (on holiday - couldn't resist bringing along some gear). Followed by a multitude of David Horne implements and some improvised lifts done with objects found in the woods and stream next to the cottage we're in!
These were band assisted one hand dl's using some old scaffold and pinch rock carry (using a 'natural blob' found in the river)

Off to the circus with the kids next but surely will live in hope of seeing a Valentin Dikulesque kettlebell juggler tonight, but you never know!!

    Hi mate,
    hope you are ok!

Just had a look at the comp details, everything looks fine until the grip part. That is mental, has anyone tried it yet? It almost looks impossible!

    Cheers Rob

Just had another look at link Boar, thought it was one in each hand by the vertical part!! Divvy!

Makes sense now Double overhand by the horizontal bar? That's correct isn't it!

    Cheers
