As I've been snatching light kettlebells (16kg) 5 days a week recently (last 2 months almost), I thought it was time again to do the 24kg 10 min kettlebell, especially being motivated by Logan's Kettlebell Snatch Domination program, Which I will start following as part of my overall training now I've got my initial test to work from.

My reps panned out like this

Left Right
11 10
10 10
10 10
10 10
10 10
10 10
10 10
10 10
10 10 Put bell down for 15 secs
10 10 after 171 reps
7 12

I really struggled with my forearms getting pumped up so had trouble gripping the bell towards the end, but all in all I'm pleased with the result and only having one put down at 171 reps, next goal is 230 with no put down.

My previous Kettlebell Snatch Test resulted in 212 reps, however, checking out the video again I had poor form and did faster reps but put the bell down for about 15 seconds every minute. I also, hoped to get 250 reps by April 2009 (FAIL!)

Nice one mate, reckon you'll blow me away now with your fitness. Not bottling out after the first 5-6 mins is the first hurdle for me. Then after about 7 mins the tiredness kicks in, after 8 mins the hands start to tire and then you're locked in and can't stop. Good luck mate, let me know when you've done it!
    Cheers
