Rob what's your view on RSI with regard to 'doing' so many reps?
Should KBrs be aiming for say 100 reps for time at a set weight, rather than trying to grind out Xthousand reps with degrading form?

I think feats of strength and endurance are a seperate thing altogether compared to training. In the snatch training course Logan doesn't recommend doing thousands of reps - especially with degrading form (although there is a lot of debate at the mo regarding his form on the 301 snatch test). Personally, there is much more to be gained from perfecting technique with lower reps. Definitely 100 reps for time every time. Unless you're doing a crazy feat. 500 reps for time is also Ok as long as you're not trying to work @ 50% above what you can normally do! i.e you have worked up to it and it is easy for you
Also, on a different note. Do you fancy coming to the Strongest Hands Comp if you ain't working? Could do with some gym.hodgson 'Dig dig digiing motivation'
