Just added a page for my Top 10 Youtube Kettlebell Videos
They're my favourites, not neccessarily had the most views but most of them took some serious training to knock out.
Bit of a theme going on with heavy kettlebells!
On a lighter note I've re-ignited (properly) my lunch time KB sessions in the compound at work.
Here's (Compound Kettlebell Club) where that started with some 16kg work (yes 16kg)
You may need to grab a cup of coffee for this one, or just watch the first 10 secs and imagine it happening over and over again for the last 4 min 35 secs

Derek Toshner - from last year brutally knocking out 297 reps with the 24kg kettlebell
I found this whilst searching for inspiring kettlebell videos on youtube.
Derek sets off at 33-34 reps per minute, has a few seconds break in the middle and still continues with 30 reps per minute for much of the last half reaching 297 total.
Amazing feat of guts and determination!

Check out my SSST from last year (212 reps)
Derek Probably used this to help him train to get 297 reps on his Snatch Test
Big congrats to Jonny Wignall (Jonnywildboar) on his amazing 5th place in Britains Strongest Man comp under 90kg.
Highlight has to be 11 reps on the squat with 200kg (deep!)@ 89kg bodyweight.
I'll say it again... 89kg (f#ckin' 'ell, my leg weighs that much!)
Well deserved!
