    doing the kenneth jay vo2 max type sessions definatley help my conditioning .... high rep snatches ... when i got to the medley at the end i was still fresh as a daisy !

    Nice one mate! I think doing some ken jay would probably help me at the moment. Did you ever work upto a full 40 min set? I did it with the 16kg but never any heavier. Did 25 min with the 24kg on the 15:15. It's brutal, but brutal is good. Also, thought you were awesome on the van deadlift. Never tried it but will be doing that if I go to UK-Strongman North Heavy boys comp. Cheers

    i made my own timer - 30 work / 15 rest and did snatches with it ..i did 32 sets , which took about 25 mins ... i think i could probably do 15/15 for quite a while... yea i was suprised with the van lift... very good position for me (ie not normal deadlift !!) good luck in your comp !
