80kg Kettlebell Flip

A goal accomplished! The 80kg kb flip. It's a while since I got the 80kg and also been some time since I've done any kettlebell flipping and this has been a goal so I went out and did it. The handle on this monster is not far off 2 inch thick so I guess my grip strength has improved pretty well since it's pretty tough work catching 80kg of moving metal at the bottom.

The first time I ever saw anyone flip a kettlebell as heavy as this was Valentin Dikul
I've some way to go before I have this much power and finesse, an 80kg kettlebell with a skinny handle like his and posing/training briefs like that but it's a start!

Thanks for putting up the link Logan!
Enjoyed your 275lb Neck Bridge! Good stuff. I think bridges (the easier type) may help me but haven't a clue about where to start
