Evil Betty Kettlebell

What a great name for a set of kettlebell exercises....EVIL BETTY I love it!

I'm pretty sure this will give a great workout:

Evil Betty = 5 double press, 10 double snatch, 15 double swings, 5 minutes of pushups.

Sounds like a good workout! Not sure about the 5 minutes of pushups though as this could be torture.

If anyone knows exactly where this workout originated let me know, cheers!

    Hey Rob--

So, it had the look and feel of a Crossfit place and style of workout, as well as they often use women's names for their workouts.

So I did some checkin' around, finally just going to the IronBody site.

    See: http://www.iron-body.com/index.php/Workouts/ for the explanation.

    Cheers,
    Bill

Cheers for that Bill, I never knew about the womens name stuff for Crossfit (you learn something every day. If I were to call a workout by a man's name would that make it harder?

Hows about The Brazen Bob or Brazen Bill workout?

    Beastly Bill's
    Angry Andy's

well I'm sure I'll come up with soemthing with a bad name that no one can do!

    Cheers Matey
