60kg Kettlebell Assault

Todays lunchtime workout with 60kg kettlebell.

10 swings and 18 snatches from dead stop start.

Certainly not pretty, but managed lots of grunting, sweating and plenty of belly on show for free!!

Currently working on a free flowing 20 rep snatch set with the 132lber

    Woo hoo--belly!!! But seriously, good heavens, man! Freakin' rockin'. Makes me sweat just watching. I miss my bells; haven't man-handled them like that for a little while due to injury. Grrr.

    But I'll be back...

    Yeah the belly the looks good I think!
    Was one long nasty but nice set but was buzzing for the rest of the day.
    Get your bells back in your hands mate.
    I need them in mine more to get rid of myfront extension
