Heavy Double Kettlebell Snatches

Following up from yesterday here's another video of my weekend training session.

Heavy Double Kettlebell Snatches with 40kg kettlebells x 2 for 10 reps



Again, when double kettlebell training always respect the bells and ensure you have warmed up sufficiently with double swings inside and outside the legs and your shoulders are prepared as it is very harsh on the body.

I warmed up with both double swings and shoulder presses into jerks before attempting double snatches.
